This package entails complete assistance from conceptualization up to on-day management of your event. This package includes:
Full preparation and planning
General wedding consultancy
Referral of qualified and accredited suppliers
Location and reservation of ceremony and reception venues
Handling of all the paperwork for the church
Coordination of the requirements of suppliers
Development and preparation of church and reception concepts
Program sequence and script writing
Execution of agreed church and reception programs
RSVP system to principal sponsors and other important guests
Five (5) experienced, uniformed staff who will assist during the events and each one will use two-way radios for communication (depends on the number of guests)
One (1) personal assistant for the bride, from the hotel until the reception
Registration and management of all the guests
Use of Gift Acknowledgement Form for systematic receiving of gifts
Table scheme and seating arrangements
Turnover Coordination
Duration: 3 months

This package is for those who have already begun some of the arrangements for their special event. Happy Events provide the necessary follow-ups, referrals and on-the-day management and coordination of your event.
On The Day Coordination
Duration: 6 weeks
4 meetings
This package is for those who have already completed all the arrangements for their special event and want a headache-free day. This package includes:
Follow-ups, finalization and coordination with all the suppliers
Execution of all plans from the ceremony to the reception
Program sequence and script
Four (4) experienced, uniformed staff who will assist during the events and each one will use two-way radios for communication (depends on the number of guests)
One (1) personal assistant for the bride, from the hotel until the reception
Registration and management of all the guests
